Plan Performance Evaluation

Like assessment, evaluating plan performance falls outside the scope of what is usually considered \ a planning process,\ but is an integral part of the evaluation stage of adaptive management. Unlike assessment processes, evaluating plan performance is a spatial decision problem in its own right insofar as the objectives are 1) a decision as to how well the plan has performed, 2) decisions about how to adapt the plan if necessary.
