Recommendation Group

When it is clear a decision has to be made, it is common for a group of people to be tasked with meeting regularly and coming up with a set of recommendations (or an actual decision if the group includes all Necessary approvers). People in this group often are representatives of some larger groups. For example, there may be members of citizen advisory group in the recommendation group who represent a larger stakeholder group (Public).
